Refund Policy
Our Approach
We put genuine care into every resource we create, and we want you to purchase with clarity and confidence. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, our refund terms are as follows.
Digital Products & Courses
Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales of digital products, workbooks, journals, and self-paced courses are final unless otherwise stated on the specific sales page. Please review each product description carefully before purchasing.
Duplicate or Failed Orders
If you were charged twice for the same product, or paid for a product you never received access to, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details and we will make it right — with a corrected delivery or a full refund of the duplicate or failed charge.
Coaching Programs
Refund and cancellation terms for coaching programs are set out in the Coaching Agreement and on the applicable program page. Sessions may generally be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
